Join Courage To Quit and get support to help you reach your smoke-free goals. You don't have to do it alone!
Courage to Quit is a research-proven program to help you stop smoking and is offered at no charge to Rush University Medical Center patients and employees.

The program is conducted by a trained smoking cessation leader who will help you succeed and remain smoke free. During the three-week Courage to Quit program, you will learn about nicotine addiction and withdrawal, tobacco cessation medicines, managing cravings, avoiding triggers and the health benefits of quitting.
