Sessions focus on physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy, labor and delivery (both vaginal and cesarean delivery), relaxation methods, breathing techniques, nutritional needs, postpartum changes and newborn care. Instruction is provided by registered nurses certified childbirth educators.

This is a two-day weekend class, Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Includes a tour of birthing rooms. A continental breakfast will be provided on both days and lunch will be on your own for approximately 1 hour. Fee: $110. No refunds are given.

**Please remember to bring a blanket and 2 pillows to your class.
