Art Therapy for Emotional Wellness

This introductory and basic art therapy course is a creative method of facilitating self-exploration and self-understanding, as well as fostering stress management and art appreciation. Participants will use be guided by a licensed art therapist to explore thoughts and feelings that would otherwise be difficult to articulate, all while gaining support from others in the class through socialization. Mediums utilized will be movement and dance, drama and improv, and photography.
