Child receives 15 hours a week of programming. Agency works with school personnel to assist the child achieve his/her established IEP objectives.

Assists and offers appropriate referrals to families with children of disability. It involves a one-to-one relationship between the case manager and the client to develop a comprehensive service plan. Needs or services may include: crisis intervention, after school services, recreation and leisure time activities, psychotherapy and clinical assistance, medical/diagnostic and learning evaluations, professional help in dealing with behavior problems, and much more.
Serving clients on the north side of Chicago and the northern suburbs of Cook and Lake Counties.
