Moderate to Severe Overactive Bladder Study
This is a study for men and women with moderate to severe urinary urge incontinence with symptoms for greater than six months.
Treatment is for 12 weeks with a medication that is currently approved for use in this indication and is comparing efficacy between two doses of the medication and placebo.
There are three clinic visits and two telephone contacts.
In order to participate you must meet the following criteria:
- Are 18 years old or greater.
- Have symptoms of overactive bladder for more than six months.
- Have a urinary frequency (using restroom) eight or more times per 24 hours.
- Have occasions of incontinence (leaking).
