Clinical Trial Protocol Description:
This study will consist of 3 time periods: a screening period of up to 28 days, 1 day of drug administration and 29 days of follow-up.
Clinical Trial Eligibility Criteria:
In order to participate you must meet the following criteria:
- Have moderate to severe hemophilia A or B.
- Are male at least 18 years of age.
