Study to evaluate the long-term treatment of a new oral GnRH antagonist that is being developed for the management of serve endometriosis and uterine fibroid associated pain.

Clinical Trial Protocol Description:

The purpose of this study is to test the safety and effectiveness of different doses of the investigational study drug, compared to placebo in managing moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis.

Clinical Trial Eligibility Criteria:

In order to participate you must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a clinical diagnosis of endometriosis established by mean of documented laparoscopy or laparotomy.
  • Be willing to use 2 forms of non-hormonal contraception.
  • Be between 18 and 49 years old.
