Student Loan Contribution Program
Rush offers a contribution program to ease the burden of your student loan debt. Rush will pay an additional monthly amount toward your student loan on your behalf through the Fidelity Student Debt Direct program. To receive payment, you must also make a monthly payment toward the student loan issued in your name. Rush contributions will be made based on a years of service schedule and will stop when the lifetime maximum is reached of $12,000/$6,000 (FT/PT). All contributions made by Rush will be considered taxable and will be reported as income in your W-2 at the end of each year.
