Tracy is the RADC department manager. She received her MA in industrial/organizational psychology from Roosevelt University. She began working at the RADC as a research assistant with RIHA and then became assistant coordinator of the Memory and Aging Project in 2001-2006. She returned in 2007 as department manager. Tracy is responsible for ensuring that the operation of the department is conducted in a professional and an efficient manner. She coordinates and implements projects for organization development. Tracy is also responsible for all HR functions of the department.
