Anna Treinkman, MSN, RN, CNP
Anna Treinkman RN, MSN, CNP, is a certified gerontological nurse practitioner. She received her master’s degree in gerontological nursing from Loyola University and completed requirements for her nurse practitioner certification from Rush University. She is certified through the American Nurses Association.
Anna has over 20 years experience working with older adults in a variety of settings, including hospital, nursing home, home care and outpatient. She is currently a nurse practitioner at the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Clinic (RADC). In this role, she sees patients in the clinic for evaluation of care and memory disorders in collaboration with the RADC physicians. She is also involved with family/patient education and research.
Anna presents at many community and professional education programs and is a member of the Illinois Society for Advanced Practice Nursing. She is the past President of the Chicago Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses and the current President-elect of the National Conference of Gerontological Nurse Practitioners.
