Breast Health

At the Rush Breast Imaging Center, our full-time radiologists are dedicated breast imagers with special expertise in reading mammograms. Should a mammogram indicate a problem, Rush patients can take advantage of the services of one of the city's leading breast cancer teams in the Comprehensive Breast Cancer Clinic.

Fetal and Neonatal Medical Care

Services for expectant families include a full range of classes designed to help parents-to-be prepare for the birth of a new baby. Rush offers homelike settings for childbirth, as well as two operating rooms equipped for cesarean section births and for emergency procedures.

For parents facing hard decisions related to a newborn or fetus with a medical anomaly, the staff at the Rush Fetal and Neonatal Medicine Center is at the ready to provide informed options and quality care, as well as compassion and support.

Heart and Cardiovascular Care

The Heart Center for Women is one of Chicago's only heart program devoted exclusively to women.

Marital and Sex Therapy

Obstetric and Gynecologic Care

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rush provides the highest quality of primary, subspecialty and preventive health care.

Pelvic and Abdominal Health

An understanding of a woman's unique physiology is especially helpful when treating bladder function loss, sexual dysfunction, constipation and other pelvic and abdominal disorders. At Rush's Program for Abdominal and Pelvic Health, a multidisciplinary team including colorectal surgeons, physiatrists, urogynecologists, gastroenterologists and psychologists collaborate to address such problems.
