Antihypertensive Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage (ATACH-II): ATACH-II is a phase III, randomized, multicenter, concurrently controlled, parallel arms design clinical trial examining blood pressure reduction for hypertension in acute ICH.

CREST-E Huntingtons Disease (HD) Study: The Huntington Study Group (HSG) and Massachusetts General Hospital (Steven M. Hersch, MD, PhD) are conducting a Phase 3 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial in Huntingtons disease (HD). Approximately 50 clinical sites globally will enroll up to 650 research subjects.

Cervical Dystonia Treatment Study: The purpose of the protocol is to evaluate the efficacy of Dysport using 2 mL dilution compared with placebo for the treatment of cervical dystonia.

Children and Adolescents with Tourette Syndrome Study: AWARE is a worldwide clinical research study evaluating the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication for the treatment of children and adolescents with severe motor and vocal tics commonly associated with Tourettes disorder.

Clot Lysis: Evaluated Accelerated Resolution of Intraventricular Hemorrhage: CLEAR-III is a multicenter, international, double-blind, randomized study comparing the long-term functional outcomes of lysing ventricular blood clots using EVD combined with rt-PA against EVD compared with placebo (saline) for the treatment of severe IVH.

Desmoteplase in Subjects With Acute Ischemic Stroke (DIAS-4): DIAS-4 is a multinational, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled, phase III study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of desmoteplase in subjects with acute ischemic stroke three to nine hours after symptom onset.

Discovery of Biomarkers for Parkinson Disease: The purpose of this observational study is to identify one or more biomarkers of Parkinson disease. The discovery of a biomarker is critical to the development of new and improved treatments for Parkinson disease.

Efficacy of Riluzole for Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy with Surgery: This is a study of the potential neurological benefits of Riluzole as a treatment to surgical decompression in patients with CSM.

Epilepsy Examination Study: Patients who are candidates for epilepsy surgery are asked to donate a small portion of the brain tissue that will be removed as part of their planned, elective surgery. The purpose of the study is to further our understanding of epilepsy and possibly develop new treatments in the future.

Epilepsy Neuronal Changes Study: Patients who are candidates for epilepsy surgery, during which brain tissue will be taken out as part of the standard surgical procedure, are invited to donate a portion of this brain tissue and medical information about themselves so scientists can examines how epilepsy affects the brain.

Epilepsy Phenome/Genome Project(EPGP): Everyone who volunteers for EPGP will be asked to give a sample of their DNA via a blood draw and answer some questions asked by a study nurse or physician.

Epilepsy and Depression (Interictal Dysphoric Disorder): Study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of medication in the treatment of a form of depression in epilepsy known as interictal dysphoric disorder with or without postictal depressive symptoms.

Epilepsy and Mood: The purpose of this research study is to determine if a particular antiepileptic medication may have these same positive results as some of the other antiepileptic drugs have produced on mood.

Fragile X Study: Long-term Safety and Efficacy of Investigational Drug (Adult): An Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Long-term Safety and Efficacy of an Investigational Drug in Adults with fragile X syndrome

Fragile X Study: Premutation Carriers: Researchers are investigating neurological symptoms in male and female carriers of the FXS premutation, and comparing these symptoms to other carriers and noncarriers of the same age.

Glioblastoma Multiforme Vaccine Trial: Vaccine trial for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme, administered in conjunction with temozolomide and radiation therapy, which is the current, accepted standard of care.

Huntington's Disease Cohort Prospective Registry Study: Enroll-HD is a longitudinal, observational, multinational study that will integrate two existing Huntington's disease (HD) registries, REGISTRY in Europe and COHORT in North America and Australia, while also expanding to include sites in Latin America and Asia.

Huntington's Disease Study: This study is looking at the effects of coenzyme Q10 on the progression of functional decline in Huntington's disease, as well as the long-term safety and tolerability of the study dosage.

Improvement of Motor Symptoms in Parkinson's Disease Study: Open-label study looking at the safety and effect of apomorphine injections (APOKYN) for rapid and reliable improvement of motor symptoms in Parkinsons disease

Intervertebral Body Spacer and Lumbar Spinal Fusion Study: Study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational intervertebral body device compared to a Food and Drug Administration-cleared intervertebral body spacer used in lumbar spinal fusion in patients with lumbar degenerative disc disease.

Levodopa-Induced Dyskinesia in Parkinson Disease Treatment Study: This study will evaluate the safety, effectiveness and tolerability of three dose levels of an extended release treatment of levodopa-induced dyskineisa.

New Transient Ischemic Attack Study: The purpose of this study is to determine whether taking Plavix and aspirin for 90 days immediately following a minor stroke or TIA will decrease the risk for another event.

Non-Surgical Stimulation for Parkinson's Disease: The purpose of this research is to design, build and assess a system that administers non-invasive brain stimulation to treat Parkinsons disease.

P-15 Bone Putty Study: The purpose of this study is to evaluate an investigational device used to promote bone growth in cervical fusions.

Parkinson Disease Mild Cognitive Impairment Study: The purpose of this study is to find out whether the study drug is effective in improving memory function, or cognition, in people with mild cognitive impairment in Parkinson disease (PD-MCI).

Parkinson's Disease Cognitive Impairment Study: We are currently studying thinking and memory (cognition) in Parkinson disease. We are recruiting participants with PD, some who have cognitive problems and others who do not. The study involves a clinical evaluation and a scan of your brain with magnetic resonance imaging.

Parkinson's Disease Patch Delivery Effectiveness Study: A double-blind, placebo-controlled study of the effect of patch-delivered therapy on apathy, motor symptoms and mood in subjects with Parkinson disease

Pax Genes in Adult Primary Brain Tumor Study: Patients who are candidates for brain surgery during which brain tumor tissue will be taken out as part of the standard surgical procedure are invited to donate a portion of this tissue and medical information about themselves in order to allow physicians to study brain tumors.

Risk Factors for Women with Cerebral Aneurysm Study: Our study will focus on better understanding why women appear to be at higher risk for the development of cerebral aneurysms.

Spontaneous Intracerebral Hemorrhaging and Diffusion Weighted Imaging: AHADWIICH is a prospective, blinded phase I clinical study funded by the American Heart Association that examines patients with spontaneous ICH in order to determine the presence and effect of DWI lesions on patient outcomes.

Study of Dural Sealant Used in Cranial Procedures: The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether or not an investigational dural sealant can be used safely and effectively to help seal the dura mater after cranial (brain) surgery.

Symptomatic Neurogenic Orthostatic Hypotension Therapy Study: The purpose of this study is to determine whether a study medication can relieve the symptoms of neurogenic orthostatic hypotension (NOH) and whether it causes any side effects in people with symptomatic NOH.
