Using Stress Inoculation Training to buffer trauma survivors against future traumatic stress: A pilot study



Clinical Trial Protocol Description

This is a five-week clinical research program that uses a personalized, resilience-building intervention to improve coping and mental health for trauma survivors. People who have experienced an extremely upsetting or life-threatening event such as a natural disaster, serious accident, assault, unwanted sexual experience or injury/illness are encouraged to contact our program.



Clinical Trial Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Have been through a traumatic experience
  • Are experiencing difficulties with anxiety or sadness
