Follow these strategies for eating right, avoiding hangovers, staying active and combating stress during the holidays.

It's often challenging to maintain healthy behavior during the hectic holiday months. Your "To Do" list is growing by the second. You're surrounded by tempting foods and lots of alcohol. And you're probably not sleeping or exercising enough.

But don't despair. In this video feature, Raza Kazlauskaite, MD, from the Rush University Prevention Center, offers some strategies to help you combat stress, eat right, drink in moderation and stay active — so you can have a healthier and happier holiday season.
