Linley Diao is a research assistant with the Patient-Oriented Research team at the Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center (RADC). She administers cognitive tests and relays results to physicians in the Rush Memory Clinic. For ongoing clinical trials she reviews participant medical records and determines their eligibility to participate. She also conducts at-home visits to track the progress of participants through blood draws and cognitive and physical function tests. Linley began working in the RADC in 2011. She graduated from Indiana University in May 2011 as a pre-medical student. Linley interned at hospitals in both South Africa and Brazil, gaining invaluable hands-on patient care experience. She plans to attend medical school
