Physicians at Rush First in Chicago to Offer New Neurostimulator
Physicians at the Rush Pain Center recently became the first in Chicago to offer patients the AdaptiveStim with RestoreSensor, an implantable neurostimulation device that uses the motion sensor technology found in smartphones and video gaming systems to help patients manage chronic leg and back pain. Inpatient Hospice Unit Opens at Rush
In collaboration with Horizon Hospice and Palliative Care, Rush will open a new inpatient hospice unit this June in the Johnston R. Bowman Health Center (JRB). The 13-bed facility will be the first such unit at an academic medical center in Illinois. Read more.
