Vaccine trial for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme, administered in conjunction with temozolomide and radiation therapy, which is the current, accepted standard of care.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are 18 to 70 years of age
• Have a life expectancy greater than eight weeks
• Are willing to consent to tumor tissue sampling prior to surgery
• Have a tumor that is unilateral and may involve, but not cross, the corpus callosum
