Palmi Shah, MD, is an assistant professor at Rush University Medical Center in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology in the section of body imaging.
She received MBBS and M.D. degrees from Bombay University and worked as a consultant radiologist in Mumbai before completing a neuroradiology fellowship at Rush University Medical Center. She later completed a residency in diagnostic radiology from Rush University and a fellowship in thoracic radiology from University of Wisconsin at Madison.
Shah’s primary specialty is thoracic radiology. She conducts regular conferences for radiology and pulmonary medicine and is actively involved in weekly multidisciplinary conferences in her field. Her research interests include lung cancer screening and high-resolution CT of pulmonary parenchymal disease.
