James Cameron, MD, is an assistant professor at Rush University Medical Center in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology. He is a member of the sections of Pediatric Radiology and Body Imaging.
Cameron received his medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in 2001. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Mich., in 2006. He finished his fellowship in pediatric radiology at Children’s Hospital of Michigan in 2007 and has completed the American Board of Radiology’s subspecialty certification (CAQ exam) in pediatric radiology.
Cameron’s primary specialty is in pediatric radiology, where he performs and interprets multiple modalities, including X-ray, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT and MRI.
He was chief radiology resident at William Beaumont Hospital in 2005. Cameron was also resident of the year for 2005-2006.
