In making an honor gift, you will have the opportunity to indicate a notification recipient whom Rush will notify that you have made a gift. To protect our donors' privacy, individual gift amounts will be kept confidential; however, all donors will be sent a receipt acknowledging their contributions for tax purposes.

GIVE BY MAIL:
Download our tribute giving form and send in the completed form along with a check made payable to “Rush University Medical Center.” Mail your gift to Rush University Medical Center, Office of Philanthropy, 1700 W. Van Buren St., Suite 250, Chicago, IL 60612.

GIVE BY PHONE:
