Mindfulness-based Group Psychotherapy for Recovery from Stress, Trauma, and Abuse



Clinical Trial Protocol Description

This is an eight-week clinical research program that uses a mindfulness-based intervention to improve coping and mental health for people who have experienced stress, trauma or abuse. People who have experienced stressful or traumatic events, and people who have been exposed to verbal, physical, sexual or emotional abuse, are encouraged to contact our program.



Clinical Trial Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Have been exposed to stressful life events, trauma or abuse
  • Are experiencing difficulties with anxiety, sadness or depression
