Diet, Activity and Lifestyle (DiAL)

DiAL is a survey-based research study designed to investigate lifestyle behaviors of breast cancer survivors in relation to their risk perception for recurrence.

Our intentions are to utilize results from this study to help improve effective behavioral treatment interventions for breast cancer survivors. It will be also be part of a larger effort to examine the relationship between lifestyle behaviors of breast cancer survivors and their daughters (please note that if you do not have a daughter, you are still eligible for participation).

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are a female breast cancer survivor
• Reside in Chicago area
• Are 21 years of age or older
• Have completed surgery, chemotherapy or radiation treatment within one month of enrollment
