Crohn's Disease and Vedolizumab

The purpose of this study is to find out whether treatment with Vedolizumab is effective and safe in treating Crohn's disease.

To participate in this study, you must be:

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Have had Crohn's disease for at least three months
• Have received previous treatment that did not work
• Have no history of extensive colonic resection, subtotal or total colectomy.

Participants will receive study-related blood work, medications, procedures and parking for their time.
