Our Treatment Philosophy
A key component of the treatment philosophy at the Cancer Integrative Medicine Program at Rush is creating a positive patient-practitioner relationship.
That's why our clinical staff are committed, compassionate health care providers who work closely with you and your health care team to understand and address your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Before your first visit, a staff member from our program will have a short discussion with you to gather general medical information and learn your goals for healing. Our expert practitioners will then work closely with you to create a program tailored to meet your individual needs. This can include assisting you in making a decision about the services that would be most beneficial for you.
Payment for Services
Most insurance companies cover biofeedback, guided imagery, hypnosis, and individual counseling, but each plan is different. Please check with your insurance company prior to the first appointment. For patients receiving acupuncture, massage, or herbal counseling, payment will be due at the time of service.
