Take Control, Stop Smoking
Learn HOW to quit smoking, even if you don't WANT to quit!
The Prevention Center at Rush University Medical Center offers a comprehensive smoking cessation program. Even for those not yet ready to stop smoking, the program helps lay the foundation for quitting. It also offers strategies to stop smoking, including self-control techniques and relaxation methods.
