| | | Robert J. March, MD | | Robert J. March, MD, is an associate professor in the Department of Cardiovascular-Thoracic Surgery at Rush University Medical Center. March received his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago. He later completed a residency in general surgery at University of Michigan Hospitals in Ann Arbor. He completed a clinical and research fellowship in the cardiac surgery branch of the National Institutes of Health, as well as fellowships in peripheral vascular surgery and cardiovascular-thoracic surgery at Rush University Medical Center.
March is board-certified in general surgery, surgical critical care, vascular surgery and cardiovascular-thoracic surgery. His clinical interests include coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, occlusive and aneurysmal vascular disease, and angiogenesis.
