Comprehensive Treatment
Rush offers a comprehensive approach to the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of leukemia. Additionally, we provide patients with access to experienced physicians who use the latest research to treat leukemia and offer the newest clinical trials. Our in-house laboratory provides patients with results in half the time of other institutions to expedite treatment plan decisions.

Complementary, Integrative Cancer Medicine
Rush University Medical Center has a dedicated Cancer Integrative Medicine Program that offers patients access to complementary treatments that include acupuncture, biofeedback, guided imagery, counseling, massage therapy, medical hypnosis, nutritional counseling and yoga. Supportive and Educational Services
Rush is committed to helping patients and their families cope with the psychological, emotional and spiritual effects of cancer. We offer our patients access to a variety of cancer support programs, including the ability to meet with an American Cancer Society patient navigator, who assesses the individual patient needs and provides information about available community services and programs.
