Clinical Trial Protocol Description

The Department of Cardiovascular-Thoracic Surgery is participating in a study of a new third-generation left ventricular assist device in patients with end-stage chronic heart failure who require circulatory support as a bridge to cardiac transplant.



Clinical Trial Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you are eligible for a heart transplant, meet the requirements for circulatory support until transplantation, are willing and able to give informed consent.
