Novel intervention for body image in patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Rheumatologists at Rush University Medical Center are looking for volunteers with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus to participate in a research study that will provide more information about body image (mental picture of one’s own body) and how body image can be changed using educational, behavioral, and cosmetic camouflage training.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Have Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
• Are 18 years of age or older

You will be excluded from this study if you:

• Have only Discoid Lupus
• Have Rheumatoid Arthritis
• Have other connective tissue disease
