Osteoarthritis Knee Study, Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, IL, 60612

This clinical trial is to study the efficacy and safety of an investigational agent for osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

Are at least 40 years of age
Have OA of at least one knee

You will be excluded from this study if you:

Have a history of myocardial infarction (MI), congestive heart failure (CHF), stroke or any significant cardiovascular (CV) disease
Are on any anticoagulant therapy
Have hypersensitivity to NSAIDs
