Patient-Focused Approach

Our clinical coordinators navigate the patient through the medical system by taking care of every detail and removing roadblocks (including, but not limited to, scheduling appointments, finding lodging if needed, obtaining parking passes, etc.).

One Person, One Call

The patient has one point of contact who is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to facilitate everything. The contact can be reached at (312) 942-RUSH (7874).

Mother and Baby Stay Together

All care is under one roof—the baby is not transferred to another hospital for care.
