Arthi Susai

Arthi received her master's degree in health services administration from the University of Michigan's School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science degree in community health from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. While at the University of Michigan, Arthi was a graduate administrative intern at Children’s Memorial Hospital, where she developed and implemented an improvement plan for Volunteer Services and executed a communication initiative to support the implementation of the Pediatric Early Warning System. Prior to graduate school, Arthi also interned at Carle Foundation Hospital and Northwest Community Hospital. During her administrative fellowship, Arthi seeks to further her interests in hospital operations, quality and process improvement and strategic planning.

Geoff Zar

Geoff received his master's degree in health services administration from the University of South Carolina’s School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign. While at the University of South Carolina, Geoff was both a graduate administrative intern in Palmetto Health’s Clinical Integration office, where he assisted with the creation of an Accountable Care Organization (ACO), and a administrative resident in the Emergency Department, where he created processes and workflows that would assist in the development of a fast track. Prior to graduate school, Geoff spent five years as a medical sales consultant in the Chicago area focusing on operating room equipment. During his administrative fellowship, Geoff seeks to further his interests in hospital operations and process improvement.
