Angela Wilson
Angela attended Barber Scotia College in N.C. and enlisted in the United States Navy where she was trained as a corpsman. She obtained her CNA certification in 1990. Prior to joining the Adult Day Care Center she worked in the health care field as a CNA with geriatric patients, in the psycho-social department, and later in the social services department as a case manger working with geriatric but also the mentally ill. She arrived at the Adult Day Care Center in 2001 were she currently works as a program aide. Her responsibilities include assisting/implementing person centered care, ADL’s and programming to clients with dementia and dementia related illness as well as assisting in group activities setting and providing one-to-one intervention.
