Connie Cole

Connie Cole is a program aide for the Alzheimer’s Family Care Center (AFCC) in Chicago. She joined the AFCC in 1995. Prior to her employment at Rush, she worked for the Chicago Housing Authority as well as a Nursing Home. She is a certified nurse assistant with 25 years of experience in home health care, private duty, hospice and working in a hospital setting. Connie also has certification in food service sanitation.

Her duties and responsibilities at the center to help clients maintaining well-being, lead and assist in activities groups, assist with various office duties and to prepare foods for the clients. Connie also helps and assists with the first Alzheimer’s Early Stage Program that was started in Illinois.
