An important goal of cerebrovascular and critical care specialists at Rush is to continue a long tradition of research into afflictions of the cerebrovascular system. The stroke team at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago participates in a variety of educational activities for the community relating to cerebrovascular disease.

Stroke Support Group — Life After Stroke:
Join us for a class offering support and information for adult stroke survivors and their families. A support team of a physician, nurse, case manager, ethicist and spiritual care will provide education and coping techniques for the changes that occur after a stroke.
