Insurance Approval for Allogeneic Bone Marrow Transplant Patients

Because bone marrow transplants are costly we obtain pre-approval from insurance companies before beginning the transplant. Although insurance companies differ, most require the results of the pre-transplant tests before giving approval. We have a full-time person dedicated to helping patients through any insurance-related issues.
