Broccoli Salad with Raisins*
- 8 slices turkey bacon, cut into one-inch pieces, cooked
- 6 cups broccoli florets
- ⅓ cup finely diced red onion
- ⅓ cup golden raisins
Dressing
- ⅓ cup light mayonnaise
- ¼ cup plain, fat-free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1. In a large salad bowl, toss together salad ingredients.
2. In small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
3. Drizzle dressing over broccoli salad and toss well to coat.
This recipe makes seven one-cup servings.
