Before your first appointment, be sure to verify if we are “in network” or to what extent your insurance will cover your visit. It's important to be familiar with details of your insurance plan. It is your responsibility to pay copayments, deductibles and patient portions at the time of service or in a timely fashion.

Most billing problems occur when families are not knowledgeable about their insurance coverage. To ensure medical attention in both emergency and nonemergency circumstances, it's important to understand your insurance coverage.

When you come to the Rush HTC, we will ask you to provide a copy of the front and back of your insurance card to keep on file. Please let us know about the insurance changes as soon as possible, including effective date of new coverage.
