Philosophy of Nursing at Rush
Professional nursing practice promotes optimal health, wellness, and function in the individual made vulnerable through illness or healthcare encounters. Professional nursing practice is characterized by:

- integration of objective data with knowledge gained from an understanding of the patient’s subjective experience
