What to expect
When you call, you will speak with our clinic coordinator, who will ask you a few brief questions about yourself and your reasons for seeking therapy at this time. We accept most insurance plans and will obtain authorization from your insurance company prior to your initial visit. Your psychotherapist will complete a thorough evaluation, and in collaboration with you will develop an individualized treatment plan. Our goal is to help you gain insight into your feelings, thoughts, and behavior, and help you learn to modify those that are causing you distress or interfering with your quality of life.
