The Section of Pediatric Neurology at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, is staffed by experts in the field. We work closely with other specialists at Rush to provide the most advanced care for children with neurological illnesses. We coordinate pediatric nurse-supervised sedation for CT and MRI scanning with our neuroradiologists, who provide a full range of radiologic imaging of the nervous system for our young patients. In addition, because of the strong connection between the brain and behavior disorders, a team of child psychiatrists, psychologists and behavioral pediatricians is also available to work with patients and their families, as necessary.
