The Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center is strongly committed to discovering the causes of the disease processes and disabling conditions associated with Alzheimer’s disease. By participating in the Memory and Aging Project you join us in our efforts to better understand, treat and hopefully prevent these problems associated with abnormal aging.
The Memory and Aging Project is supported by a grant from the National Institute on Aging. All information is confidential, and participation does not interfere with your relationship with your own doctor. Study participants must agree to yearly testing and organ donation, since Alzheimer’s disease can be best documented by examining brain tissue under a microscope after death.
