Program Description The Neuromuscular Disease Clinic at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, is a full-service clinic offering state-of-the-art diagnosis and treatment, maintaining continuity of care from childhood through adulthood.
Serving our patients since 1973, our clinic is staffed by an expert panel of specialists with a combined clinical experience of over 100 years in the management of neuromuscular disorders. We're devoted to helping people with all types of neuromuscular disorders — from carpal tunnel syndrome to muscular dystrophy. Thanks to the sophisticated technology in our state-of-the art Electromyography Lab, we can define what is causing muscle or nerve problems, even when symptoms are unusual. Once we have a diagnosis, our expert team designs individualized treatment plans, giving patients access to the latest therapies, including innovative medicines and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
