Clinical Services at Rush Neuromuscular Disorders Program
Program Description

At Rush, we are devoted to helping adults and children with all types of neuromuscular disorders—from carpal tunnel syndrome to muscular dystrophy. Thanks to the sophisticated technology in Rush’s state-of-the art Electromyography Lab, we can define what is causing muscle or nerve problems—even when symptoms are unusual. Once we have a diagnosis, our expert team design individualized treatment plans. Our patients have access to the latest therapies, including innovative medicines and minimally invasive surgical techniques.

Services Provided

Rush has established clinics devoted to the following disorders:

  • Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
  • Myasthenia Gravis
  • Muscular Dystrophy
  • Neuropathy

Our expert team also has extensive experience diagnosing and treating other neuromuscular problems, including myopathies and myositis.
