Twenty-six-week Study Examining the Safety and Effectiveness of Applying an Investigational Drug Through a Device on a Fistula for Hemodialysis Patients

Clinical Trial Protocol Description

The study includes treating eligible dialysis patients with an investigational drug given through a device that may reduce narrowing in arterial-venous grafts. Participants must agree to have three protocol fistulograms performed to test the effectiveness of the treatment and attend follow-up visits over a six-month period.

Clinical Trial Eligibility Criteria

At least 18 years of age
Have had a kidney or liver transplant more than two months ago
Are on immunosuppressant medication
Have abnormal glucose levels.
