Two-year Study of the Safety and Effectiveness of an Investigational Drug in Combination with a Standard Immunosuppressive Regimen

Clinical Trial Protocol Description

Eligible participants will be randomly assigned to receive different strengths of the investigational drug in combination with a standard immunosuppressive regimen or treatment with FDA-approved immunosuppressive drugs. Participants must be willing to participate in extended clinic visits and additional tests. Study-related tests are at no charge.

Clinical Trial Eligibility Criteria

At least 18 years of age
Agree to keep longer clinic appointments
Agree to document in diary all hospitalizations
Agree to return all medication packages.
