Comparison of Hispanic Food Choices Using Two Instruments: the Food Frequency Questionnaire and the Household Food Inventory

Clinical Trial Protocol Description

 This is a cross-sectional study to examine the food consumption practices of Hispanic mothers with children ages 6-12, available foods, and the relative concern of mothers regarding child weight and child’s body esteem. All surveys are administered in clinic or in the participants’ homes.



Clinical Trial Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this study, you must have lived in Pilsen for at least one year and have at least one child between the ages of 6 and 12 years. This is a partial list of eligibility requirements.
