Kidney Transplant Combination Drug Trial: Eligible participants will be randomly assigned to receive different strengths of the investigational drug in combination with a standard immunosuppressive regimen or treatment with FDA-approved immunosuppressive drugs.
Kidney Transplant Drug Delivery Trial: The study includes treating eligible dialysis patients with an investigational drug given through a device that may reduce narrowing in arterial-venous grafts.
Liver & Kidney Transplant Trial: This study will examine the effectiveness of changing immunosuppressive drugs in patients who have had a kidney or liver transplant within the past six months and have developed abnormal glucose levels.
Moderate to Severe Overactive Bladder Study: This study is for men and women with moderate to severe urinary urge incontinence with symptoms for greater than six months. Treatment is for 12 weeks with a medication that is currently approved for use in this indication and is comparing efficacy between two doses of the medication and placebo.
