Included in this section:

Insomnia Therapy Method Study: The purpose of this study is to investigate a new approach for improving sleep and daytime functioning in individuals who suffer from insomnia.

Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Insomnia Treatment Study: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of different treatment strategies for people who have both obstructive sleep apnea and insomnia.

Teen Weekend Sleep Study: Healthy teens between ages 14 and 17 are wanted for a study of the effects of light on the body clock.
