Instructions to Male Patients

1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water; rinse well and dry with a paper towel.
2. If applicable, pull back the foreskin to completely expose the head of the penis.
3. Wash the penis with the soap pad or towelette supplied.
4. Pass the urine in toilet.
5. Without stopping the stream, insert the container into the stream. Do not allow the container to touch the clothing, legs, or genital area.
6. Fill about half the container. Replace the lid, label the container, and note the exact time of voiding.
