Application Process

This is a one year ACGME approved fellowship program with the academic year from July 1through June 30 each year.

Candidates should have completed an ACGME neurology residency and be ABPN neurology-board eligible.

Application Due: typically September*
Notification: typically October

*We are still accepting fellowship applications for the 2008 academic year

Interested candidates should send:

• a letter of intent,
• completed fellowship application form (Accessible on the right under "Related Topics")
• CV, and
• 3 reference letters to the fellowship director:
